Discover the secrets of millers, 17th-century Dutch maritime and industrial history, and innovative agricultural technologies. 11:30 - 12:00 - Chocolate masterclass: learn about the history of chocolate and taste chocolate beer or cocoa (paid separately). 12:00 - 13:00 - Cheese shop visit: see cheese-making, taste local cheeses and mustard, and explore Dutch cuisine.
