Artisanal Chocolate, from the garden to the table is a wonderful experience for the people who want to know more about the cacao and his star sub product, the chocolate. The participants will make a tour for a sustentably cacao forest, they will know all about his ecological management and his transformation,and then, they will be to enjoy a chocolatier class. The participants will can to stay for enjoy the beautiful and crystal clear rivers close to the farm.

You take a bus in Santa Marta that goes to Bonda, you tell the driver to leave you at the Bonda police station and next door, you will find a collection of motorcycle taxi drivers, you take one of these motorcycles and tell him to take you to La Esperanza Reserve or "Finca de Melissa".

What to expect

The traveler will experiment a tour in a cacao farm, they will transform with their own hands the cacao in chocolate, creating pices like chocolate bon bon, chocolate bars, pure cacao, covered fruit. The participants also will can stay enyoing and crystal clear river close to the farm and they will taste some chocolates , for the lunch, we offer diferent options like vegetarian, with fish or with chicken (the lunch is not including, has an adittional cost)
