What to expect
• When the booking is confirmed, please make sure on the departure day the guest should be check-in max 1 Hour prior to departure time to ensure a smooth boarding. The guest need to be check in and get valid boarding pass with QR code. Otherwise guest would not be able to get access to the Harbor.
• All the baggage take care by our Helper, for personal belonging or hand carry please be mind to have max 2 bag per person. And we also provide a buggy/shuttle service from check-in office to the harbour.
• Return Will be the same sytem
