The first stop is the Boyacá Bridge, a symbol of freedom marked by an obelisk and triumphal arch. Then continue to Tunja, former Muisca capital and colonial jewel, to visit the Founder’s House, the House of Notary Juan de Vargas, and the Church of Santo Domingo.
After lunch, the route leads to Villa de Leyva, one of Colombia’s most beautiful towns, with cobbled streets, colonial houses, and museums that preserve 17th-century heritage. The day concludes at the Convent of Santo Ecce Homo, founded in 1620, where time seems to stand still between faith and tradition.

A representative from Panamericana Travel DMC will pick you up at the hotel to begin a journey through the beautiful landscapes of Boyaca, Tunja and Villa de Leyva. The first stop will be at “el Puente de Boyaca”, where the battle in which the Country acquired its definite independence took place. Here you will see the obelisk and the triumphal arch.
The tour will continue towards Tunja (which means 'mighty man' in Chibcha), a town that in times of the Muiscas was already of great relevance and continued to be so in the colonial times. There you will take a walk to visit the Founder's House
