Please note that the listed time refers to the catamaran departure. Your pickup will be scheduled earlier to ensure a smooth and timely arrival at the port.
For your comfort, we recommend bringing light warm clothing, sunglasses, and a sun hat. Only cream-based sunscreen is permitted, as oils or sprays may affect safety onboard. Please carry a photo of your passport or ID.
To ensure a seamless premium experience, kindly provide your hotel name and a valid contact number (yours or your host’s). We highly recommend sharing your WhatsApp number with country code, as our driver or operations team may need to contact you regarding your pickup. Please note that international calls may not always be possible.
You will receive your final pickup confirmation one day prior to your cruise.
