2. Pre-Arrival Reminder
24 hours before the tour, a reminder is sent via email, WhatsApp, or text.

3. Pick-Up
Friendly, uniformed driver arrives on time at the customer’s hotel, Airbnb, cruise port, or designated location in Montego Bay.
Welcome briefing given:
Tour itinerary overview
Estimated travel time (~35–45 mins to Lethe)
4. Drive to Lethe
Guests travel in an air-conditioned, well-maintained vehicle.
Optional background on the Lethe community and the tradition of bamboo rafting shared by the driver or tour guide.
Scenic photo stops can be made on request.
5. Arrival & Check-In at Lethe
Guests are escorted to the check-in area.
Guide assists with entry and ensures smooth handoff to rafting team.
Guests are introduced to their certified rafting captain.
6. Bamboo Rafting Experience
Relaxing ride on the Great River begins (approx. 1 hour).
Limestone foot massage is performed mid-journey by the raft captain.
Raft captains share stories and history of the area.
7. Post-Experience Meet-Up
Driver is waiting at the designated pick-up point when the rafting experience ends.
Guests have the opportunity to purchase souvenirs or refreshments (optional).
8. Return Transfer
Comfortable drive back to their original pick-up point.
Guests are offered hand sanitizer or wipes, and a thank-you message is shared.
9. Drop-Off
Safe return to hotel, cruise ship, or Airbnb.
Driver thanks guests and reminds them to leave a review or tag the company on social media.
