We will pick you up from any address in Kraków. Mostly we use 8 pax minivans. On certain days, we reserve the right to replace the minivan with a larger car and to arrange a meeting point instead of a hotel pick-up. Pick up time is possible between 4:00 AM-1:30 PM. Your preferred time is not guaranteed. You will be informed by WhatsApp/email or text message about the exact time a day before the tour. Very Important : Due to the growing interest in reservations at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, we would like to encourage you to make your reservations as early as possible. This is in order to 100 % guarantee a visit at a convenient time with an English-speaking guide. To do so, we need your names and surnames at least one month before the visit. Bookings made less than month are already routed as last minute. PLESE NOTE; You have to reckon with a departure time of as early as 4 a.m. and a wait in line of up to 4 hours.
