We can pick up the travellers either from their hotel or any other agreed place (e.g. Kiss&Ride parking lot).

What to expect

We will depart from Krakow and travel to the hike starting point (approx 1h 30 minutes) in Babia Góra National Park.

Then we will hike to Babia Góra peak, reaching the altitude of 1725 m asl. As Babia Góra is an isolated mountain massif (the 2nd highest in Poland!), it offers magnificent views to the surrounding mountain ranges.

The Hiking route length and difficulty to the Babia Góra peak will be chosen based on experience and physical fitness of the group. At minimum, it will require approx 700 m of the elevation gain. The hike duration is between 6 and 8 hours.

After descending the peak, we will make a short stay at Markowe-Szczawiny mountain shelter for meal.

Finally, we will descent to the route starting point depart back to Krakow.

Note, that you will need hiking equipment for this trip, i.e. good hiking boots, backpack, warm and rain protective clothes, food, water, headlamp, trekking poles, etc. Some of them are available for rent. The list of recommended equipment will be provided in advance.
