Explore Gothenburg from the water on a 50-minute Paddan canal cruise with Stromma. Board the iconic open-top boat at Kungsportsplatsen and travel along the historic moat and 17th-century canals, passing beneath up to 20 bridges—including some of the city’s famously low crossings.
A live guide shares entertaining stories in English and Swedish about Gothenburg’s foundations, defences, maritime heritage, and the landmarks along the route. Continue towards the harbour and former shipyard districts for a fresh perspective on one of Sweden’s most characterful cities.
