- The ages registered at the time of reservation must match those declared at check-in. If it differs, if a passenger is registered as an infant or minor, and due to his age he is already considered an adult, the ticket is updated at check-in and the difference is paid for conversion to a higher ticket.
- Infants can join the group, keep in mind that since their entry is free, they must sit on the lap of their parents/guardians during transportation, and for safety reasons they cannot participate in the activities (given their complexity), must be accompanied by their parents/guardians. Although the staff and guides accompanies the group, for safety reasons they cannot take care of the baby (for example, carry it or hold him/her in their arms) while the adults carry out the activities.
- In case the transportation service shows up for boarding, but for some reason you did not board on time or could not show up, you have the opportunity to reschedule the excursion for our next departure with availability (cost for rescheduling varies depending on the characteristics of the reservation).
