Please be ready in your hotel lobby or airport hotel lobby at the designated time.

Hotel or Residence Pick-Up
Your professional chauffeur will arrive on time at the agreed pick-up location in a clean, comfortable private vehicle (Sedan, SUV, or Van depending on group size).
For hotel pick-ups: Please be waiting in the lobby or valet area.
For private residences: Be ready outside the main entrance or driveway.
Your driver will assist with boarding and personal items.
Private Transfer to Everglades Park
Enjoy a smooth, narrated drive to Everglades Holiday Park, typically 45–60 minutes from Miami, depending on traffic.
During the ride, your chauffeur may share helpful information about the Everglades and tour logistics.
Arrival and Guided Tour Experience
Upon arrival, your chauffeur will escort you to the entrance - Your chauffeur will meet you at a pre-arranged location within the park at the agreed time (typically 2.5 to 3 hours after drop-off).
If you'd like to adjust your return time, please coordinate with the driver in advance.
