Meeting and pickup
Pickup at the cruise terminal designated to your ship or cruise line. The vehicle will be easily identifiable, marked with the lead traveler’s last name on the windshield and an American flag displayed on the driver’s window. For airport arrivals, please proceed to your baggage claim assigned to your flight, where your chauffeur will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s last name.
What to expect
Your driver will be stationed at the terminal assigned to your cruise ship.
After you clear customs, you will receive a text message with your driver’s details.
Please call or text your driver so they can promptly pull up to your terminal for curbside pickup, as all Port of Miami services are curbside only.
2. Hotel or Residence Pickups
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you directly outside your accommodation.
Simply step out and enjoy the comfort and privacy of a dedicated vehicle ready at your convenience.
3. Airport Pickups
Upon arrival, proceed to your designated baggage claim area.
Your chauffeur will meet you there.
Prior to your pickup, you will receive a text message (or WhatsApp) with your driver’s name and direct contact number for easy communication.
4. Drop-off Service
Whether your destination is an airport, hotel, residence, or port, your chauffeur will ensure you arrive comfortably and on time.
