What to expect

Do you manage a company, a studio or a work group and want to reward your collaborators?

Select your top five employees and offer them the chance to discover a natural corner of Italy and how to navigate its waters. Our Team Development Activity, departing from picturesque Chioggia, is a way to get closer to motor boating and their management.

Onboard, team will receive a detailed map of the Venetian Lagoon, learning to read and interpret it for safe navigation. Our intimate setting fosters effective communication, group problem-solving, and improve trust as participants work together to master new skills.

They will immerse themselves in the beauties of navigation to understand the tides, the "briccole" (navigation signals) and to learn the unique rules of the Venice Lagoon.

This hands-on learning empowers every participant to take on active roles, promoting distributed leadership and a strong sense of group achievement.

Thanks to this activity, beyond the fun, expect enhanced teamwork and a renewed spirit.
