Mashed potatoes with Peruvian yellow chili and lemon, served with vegetables and quinoa, a fusion that celebrates the richness of our gastronomy.
Lomo Saltado
Thin beef strips sautéed with onions and tomatoes in soy sauce and vinegar, served with rice and crispy fries for a flavorful, comforting fusion.
