Caral was the seat of the first Andean civilization and laid the foundation for a unique social organization, placing it among the original cultural centers of the world alongside Mesopotamia, Egypt, India, China, and Mesoamerica.

Meeting and pickup
Dear client, On the day of your tour, your tour guide and driver will arrive at your location to pick you up. We recommend that you wait in the lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Your tour guide will be wearing a white and green t-shirt featuring the Apullay Tours logo. Please note that pick-up and drop-off services are only included for locations within the Miraflores, Barranco, and San Isidro districts. If you are staying outside of these areas, please let us know in advance. Thank you!

On the way to Caral, your driver will make a quick stop of 20 minutes for you to enjoy a local breakfast or coffee. Your tour guide will explain the various breakfast and snack options available at a nearby restaurant. Don’t miss the chance to taste 100% local dishes, such as chicharrones, avocado sandwiches, and fresh fruit juices. Please note that breakfast is not included, but we will assist you in organizing it.

After approximately 3.5 hours, we will arrive at Supe Valley, a beautiful green valley divided by the stationary Supe River. The ride through the valley takes about 30 minutes to enter and 30 minutes to exit.

Discover the oldest civilization in America, located in the Supe Valley of Peru. According to archaeologists, this site was inhabited by ancient Peruvians from around 3500 BC until it began to decline around 1800 BC. During your tour, you will learn about our mother culture and the many achievements made in areas such as architecture, physics, astronomy, and art and more. Undoubtedly, the highlight of the tour will be the opportunity to stand close to the impressive pyramids.
