Parts of Santorini are built on steep streets which makes parking very difficult or impossible. For this reason, there may be instances where we cannot access your specific hotel but we will try and get as close to your hotel as possible. The winery is situated very close to the port, overlooking the magnificent caldera of Santorini. It was built in 1947 by the Venetsanos family and became the first industrial winery on the island.
This established wine estate has been going for generations. Now in its 4th generation, it's still producing authentic and wines from the volcanic soils of Santorini.
This wine estate is located on a beach, on the east side of the island, between Kamari and Monolithos hamlets. Its industrial stone building was once a tomato factory, built at the beginning of the 1900´s and was used up until the 1970´s for making aromatic tomato purée from local cherry tomatoes. Today, it has been transformed into a modern winery with high-tech equipment and cutting-edge facilities that guarantee contemporary winemaking and ideal conditions for high-quality production.
This wine estate was founded in 1997 and today still cultivates 10 hectares of vineyards and most of them are organic.
Established in 1903, the Argyros family has a legacy in winemaking spanning decades. As Santorini’s largest private vineyard owner, they now hold over 120 hectares.levels of acidity and the solid structure.
Traces its roots back to 1952. It is inextricably linked to Santorini’s volcanic vineyards and winemaking tradition. Nowadays, their wines keep earning prizes at international and domestic competitions while they are currently the third largest winery of Santorini in terms of production volume.
It is located in front of the sea, in the area of the Kolumbo volcano, in Oia.
