Your experience begins in Grebbestad’s lively harbor — the vibrant heart of Sweden’s West Coast. This charming marina is our starting point, surrounded by colorful wooden boathouses, classic fishing vessels, and a waterfront lined with cafés, seafood restaurants, and small local shops. Grebbestad is rich in maritime heritage and coastal culture. Before we set off into the archipelago, you’ll have a moment to enjoy the atmosphere of this bustling yet authentic Bohuslän harbor — the perfect introduction to your journey out on the sea.

Experience the unique charm of Havstenssund as we glide through one of the West Coast’s most picturesque straits. This narrow, winding waterway is surrounded by smooth red granite cliffs shaped by centuries of wind and sea. As we pass through the channel, you’ll feel the closeness of the rocks on both sides, see traditional fishermen’s cottages along the shoreline, and enjoy classic Bohuslän scenery. Havstenssund is also one of the West Coast’s key oyster areas and home to the renowned oyster farm Havstenssunds Ostron AB, adding an authentic taste of local maritime culture to the experience. Guests interested in learning more about oysters can also choose to book a special Oyster Tour as an add-on experience.
