In case we do not have contact (due to lack of communication by passengers, after the regulatory waiting time , we will proceed to the "NO SHOW" which means that you will not be able to access the services previously reserved. For delayed flights, we have a maximum tolerance time of 60 minutes from the original flight schedule. If your arrival is delayed for more than 60 minutes, it will be considered a "no show", meaning you will not be able to access the services previously reserved. On the other hand, if you opt for the transfer from the hotel to Cancun Airport , please note that the maximum waiting time in the lobby is 05 minutes. This ensures fast and efficient management for all. To ensure that your transfer is successful, it is advisable to be aware of the instructions we will be sending you by our whathsapp contact and follow the established procedures. Remember that good planning and knowledge of waiting times can significantly improve your experience, allowing you to enjoy your vacation in the paradise destination of Cancun and La Riviera Maya without any setbacks. If for any reason, you have any inconvenience in locating our Welcome staff, please locate yourself at any of the following meeting points located at the airport arrival terminals that correspond to your flight.
