From baking sun bread with traditional tools to crafting papyrus scrolls and painting their names in hieroglyphs, every moment is hands-on, playful, and rich in heritage. Kids dress in tunics, explore farm life using ancient techniques, and learn through stories, colors, textures, and laughter. What to expect
•Comfortable transfer from hotel
•Children receive a traditional tunic and headscarf to wear for the day (optional)
•Welcome drink and short story session: “Who were the children of ancient Egypt?”
10:00 – Bake Like the Pharaohs
•Children learn how to bake (sun bread) using traditional tools and techniques passed down for over 4,000 years.
11:00 – Write Like an Ancient Scribe
•Papyrus-making workshop: kids learn how ancient Egyptians turned reeds into paper
•Guided session on writing their names using hieroglyphs, with colorful pigments
•Each child takes home their own signed papyrus scroll
12:00 – Lunch Break
•Traditional Egyptian lunch with child-friendly options
•Relaxation in a shaded garden with storytelling or puzzle games based on ancient myths
13:00 – Farming like the Ancients
•Visit to a local farm modeled on ancient agricultural systems
•Kids help plant seeds, irrigate small crops, and learn about tools used in Pharaonic times
14:30 – Wrap-Up & Ancient Egyptian
•Every child receives a certificate as an “Official Young Ancient Egyptian”
•Group photo in front of a mock-up ancient village backdrop
