5Elephant Mountain (aka Nangang District Hiking Trail)
When it comes to getting the best view of Taipei 101, standing right underneath it or on its observation deck isn't always the ideal choice. For a truly spectacular perspective, the Elephant Mountain trail is highly recommended. Please be aware that the hike involves a 30-40 minute climb with many stairs. If you prefer to avoid the climb, you have the option of visiting the Taipei 101 observation deck instead (at your own expense).
