Zermatt feels both timeless and alive - wooden chalets, quiet paths, and the Matterhorn appearing at every turn. This private tour is designed for travelers who want to experience Zermatt through the eyes of a resident: its stories, traditions and the small details most visitors miss.

Start in the village, wandering historic lanes and viewpoints, with a stop at a local bakery for a Swiss treat.

You can choose from three options:
1. Village Walking Tour – A relaxed and in-depth look at Zermatt’s history and hidden corners.
2. Village + Mountain Option – Combine the village with either Matterhorn Glacier Paradise or the Gornergrat Railway.
3. Full Day Zermatt Experience – Experience all three: Village, Glacier Paradise and Gornergrat.

Your guide adjusts the pace for comfort, captures natural video moments, and provides an edited ones. For a deeper Alpine experience, you may also add a Sound Bath or Human Design Session. This is Zermatt explored in the most personal and meaningful way.

    OPTION 1: Zermatt Village Walk Tour (Duration: 2–3 hours) Your walk begins at Pfarrkirche St. Mauritius, one of Zermatt’s most meaningful landmarks. Continue to the Matterhorn Museum – Zermatlantis and uncover how this mountain village grew from a remote settlement into a world-known Alpine destination. Pay respects at the Mountaineers’ Cemetery, where the stories behind the stones bring Zermatt’s mountaineering history to life. From here, cross the iconic Kirchbrücke bridge for one of the best Matterhorn viewpoints in the area. A stop at Fuchs Bakery & Café gives you a taste of a local snack before you wander into Hinterdorfstrasse, the oldest part of Zermatt with traditional wooden houses. Your walk ends at Kirche St. Peter’s, a peaceful reminder of Zermatt’s spiritual roots.

    OPTION 2: Zermatt Walking Tour with Matterhorn Glacier Paradise OR Scenic Gornergrat (Duration: 5–6 hours) Start your walk at Pfarrkirche St. Mauritius, the Mountaineers’ Cemetery, and Kirchbrücke, before heading into the charming lanes of Hinterdorfstrasse. Enjoy a light snack at Fuchs Bakery & Café and continue to Kirche St. Peter’s. After the village walk, your adventure continues upward. You may choose one mountain experience: Matterhorn Glacier Paradise - Ride the cable car into a world of glaciers, high-altitude viewpoints, and crisp Alpine air. Walk through viewing platforms and take in the 360° panorama. OR Gornergrat - Travel aboard the Gornergrat Railway to one of Zermatt’s most impressive ridges. Enjoy sweeping views of the Matterhorn and the surrounding peaks.

    Matterhorn Glacier Paradise

    OPTION 3: Full-Day Zermatt Experience with Gornergrat & Glacier Paradise (Duration: 8–9 hours) Begin in the village at Pfarrkirche St. Mauritius, the Mountaineers’ Cemetery, Kirchbrücke, and Hinterdorfstrasse, with a snack stop at Fuchs Bakery & Café. Continue to Kirche St. Peter’s, absorbing the rhythm and character of Zermatt. Then ascend to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, enjoying approximately 40 minutes of scenic cable car travel each way. Explore the viewing platforms and the glacier environment before heading onward. Afterward, ride the Gornergrat Railway, a 38-minute ascent that reveals one of Switzerland’s most celebrated panoramas.
