Upon arrival at Entebbe airport, you will meet our representative (your driver/guide who will be there waiting for you. He will ensure that you have all your luggage and you will transfer to Kibale National Park. Check in your lodge and rest.
Have breakfast early and transfer to the Kanyanchu tourist center in Kibale National Park. The Kibale forest hosts the highest concentration of primates in East Africa thus called the primate capital of East Africa. A guided nature walk in the tropical rainforest in search of the wild chimpanzee, will give you the opportunity to see other primates such as the red-tailed monkey, the black-and-white colobus monkey, the grey-cheeked mangabey and many other primates will enhance your tracking experience. The guide will also be telling you various facts about the flora and fauna of the forest. In the afternoon we will visit the Bigodi Swamp for a nature walk hopping to see other primates and plenty of bird species.
After a relaxed morning, you will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arrive at a good time for lunch.
In the afternoon, you do a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel, one of Uganda’s Highlights. It is believed to have the highest concentration of hippos in the world. After that, you can either decide to do an evening game drive or go straight to the lodge to rest.
After early breakfast, spend the rest of the day viewing wildlife in Queen Elizabeth National Park, the Medley of Wonders where you will have the opportunity of seeing some lions, kobs, elephants, hyenas, and other wild animals. Queen Elizabeth National Park hosts four of the big five wild animals of Africa which include the lion, leopard, buffalo, and elephant.
Depending on the sector or location of permits, after breakfast, we shall do our last game drive in Ishasha to see the tree-climbing lions. Afterwards, we drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park passing through different interesting villages with beautiful views of the mountains and hills.
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is one of the unique jungles with several species of animals such as monkeys, and forest elephants, among others. Bwindi is one of the two places in Uganda where you can track the mountain gorillas!
Today, it’s the gorilla tracking day! Early in the morning, you will go to the park headquarters for a briefing about the do's and don’ts during the activity. Depart with your ranger into the jungle searching for one of the world’s most interesting and endangered animals, the Mountain Gorilla. Spend one hour with them enjoying this lifetime unforgettable experience! The rest of the day can be spent according to your will.
Have breakfast in the morning and embark on your transfer to Entebbe to catch your international flight back home.
