This tour is designed for those interested in Lund and Lund University.
It is specially tailored for future students of the university who want to get to know some of the best spots in town and take a look inside the university premises.
As a Lund University student, I am familiar with many of the university buildings and can take you inside if they are open. We will also visit the main attractions in Lund and I will give some background and historical context to this beautiful town.

    Lund Cathedral

    Get an overview of this outstanding cathedral from the ouside and the inside!

    The Lund University Main building is a very picture worthy stop! Here you'll learn a bit more about Lund University and how it came to be.

    We will stop at Lund University's Main Library (Entrance Included) for pictures of the magnificent exterior and, if open, take a look at the peaceful enviornment it offers students to study in.

    We can visit any other of the Lund University buildings that may be of interest to you. (Example: Law building, Humanities Building, etc.) Please note that if your visit is during school holidays, some of the buildings may be locked. As a student, I would only have access to my department (Physics).

    Botanical Gardens (Botaniska Tradgarden)

    We will visit Lund's Botanical Garden, including the greenhouses. If we are lucky, we might even spot some exotic birds and frogs inside.

    We will stop at one of my favourite cafés in Lund for fika. This is a tradition in Sweden where one stops their work to enjoy time with family, friends or colegues over a coffee or tea, and often a pastry.
