This is a one-way airport transfer from/to Baiyun airport(CAN). Please provide your Pickup and Dropoff address in advance! This transfer service is only available for properties in the Guangzhou City Center. We may contact you regarding additional charges if the pick-up location is outside our service area. Please provide your contact phone number or WhatsApp account when confirming the booking. We will contact you to confirm the pick-up details in advance. And we will arrange the driver one day in advance. We provide 7*24 customer service, Please feel free to contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. For waiting time exceeding 30 minutes (for airport departure), a fee of 10 USD per hour will be charged For waiting time exceeding 60 minutes (for airport arrivals), a fee of 10 USD per hour will be charged Maximum one piece of luggage per person. The luggage size limitation is 24 inches. Oversized or extra luggage must be communicated in advance. We will arrange different vehicle types according to the number of passengers.

What to expect

For the Hotel for Airport: Your driver will wait for you at your hotel lobby. Our customer service will help you meet the driver when you arrive. Please turn on your phone and maintain your internet connection to keep your phone communication smooth.

For Airport to Hotel: If you have paid for the “MEET AND GREET AT AIRPORT” service, the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. If you haven’t paid for the “MEET AND GREET AT AIRPORT” service, the driver will contact you and text you the meeting point. Please ensure your phone is switched on and accessible.
