Driver Details & Communication
Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details.
For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number that is available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated.
The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on to allow smooth coordination.
If you encounter any issues, you can always reach the office or driver using the contact details provided.
Meeting Points – Central London
Please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time.
If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided.
Waiting Time Policy – Central London
We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up.
If passengers don’t show within 15 minutes, extended waiting will be charged from £12.50 per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link.
To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time.
No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible.

Your driver will be waiting at the exit of Legoland Windsor Resort at the scheduled pick-up time. If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the exit and call the number provided.

Service Coverage
This private service is valid one-way between Central London and Legoland Windsor Resort. Please note that our standard pick-up and drop-off service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, we kindly recommend contacting us in advance for confirmation and pricing.
Luggage Allowance
Our fleet is designed to accommodate both passengers and their luggage comfortably.
Saloon: Up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
MPV: Up to 4 Passengers with 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on suitcases.
Large MPV: Up to 6 Passengers with 6 large suitcases and 6 carry-on suitcases.
Business MPV: Up to 6 Passengers with 6 large suitcases and 6 carry-on suitcases.
Executive: Up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Luxury: Up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Each passenger may also bring one handbag or backpack.
Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, foldable or non foldable mobility scooters may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle.
If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety.
It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting.
Service Limitations
We are not liable for any changes to or closures of Legoland Windsor Resort. If your visit to the park is cancelled or cannot proceed, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required.
Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion.
Please note that last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle availability at the time of request.
