This product is valid for one way for Transfers from Legoland to Central London.
Driver Details & Communication:
Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details.
For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number that is available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated.
The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on after landing to allow smooth coordination.
If you encounter any issues, you can always reach the office or driver using the contact details provided.
We make sure that the driver will have enough time to arrive at the time set to pick up the client.
We are sending you the driver's details and phone number to make sure you can contact them at any time if necessary.
Free waiting time up to 15 minutes for Central London pick-ups.
Service Coverage
This service is valid one-way between LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and Central London. Please note that our standard pick-up and drop-off service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, we kindly recommend contacting us in advance for confirmation and pricing.
The driver will be in contact with the customer and will inform them exactly what time he will arrive at the pick-up location.
When the driver meets the passenger, he will help him with the luggage, when picking it up to the car, as well as at the destination by unloading it from the car.
How many luggages/suitcases per vehicle type?
Saloon - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
MPV - up to 4 Passengers with 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on suitcases.
Large MPV - up to 6 Passengers with 6 large suitcases and 6 carry-on suitcases.
Executive - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Luxury - up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases.
Each passenger may also bring one handbag or backpack.
If you are travelling with additional luggage, a larger vehicle will be required at an extra cost. Please contact our reservations team for assistance with upgrading your vehicle.
Oversized or excessive items (e.g. golf clubs, bikes, surfboards) may be subject to restrictions—kindly inquire in advance to confirm if they can be accommodated.

Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion.
