Upon arrival, guests will meet our representative outside the terminal. Our representative will be holding a placard with the guest’s name written on it. They will then guide the guest to the driver, who will be waiting at the parking lot.

2:PRE -ARRIIVAL COORDINATION
-Confirm booking
-Assigns a driver
-Sends a message to the client with drivers details , name, telephone, car registration
3:MEET & GREET
-Upon arrival our taffs waits for the client holding a sign with the clients name
-The guest is help with the luggages and guided to the car
-For departing clients, the driver meets them at the hotel lobby or residence as agreed.
4:COMFORTABLE TRANSFERS
-Guest boards a clean, air conditioned car
-Guest is offered a bottle of water

5; ARRIVAL &DROP OFF
-The driver takes the guest directly to their destination entrance
-He assists with offloading of luggage and ensures the guest is safe and has settled before leaving
-For departure , the driver drops the client to the right terminal, and help with the bags.
6:POST -TRIP SUPPORT
-The guest receives a friendly thank you message and optional feedback link
-If its a round-trip booking,the return transfer is confirmed in advance.
