  Kijk-Kubus

  The Cube Houses (Kubuswoningen) are one of Rotterdam’s most famous architectural landmarks. Designed by architect Piet Blom in the 1970s, each house is tilted at a 45-degree angle and shaped like a cube sitting on a hexagon-shaped pillar. The idea was to create a village within the city, combining living space with public walkways below. With their bold angles and bright yellow color, the houses are a popular photo spot and symbol of Rotterdam’s modern, creative spirit. Travel time is included in the total duration of the tour.

  Erasmus Bridge

  Known locally as “De Zwaan” (The Swan) due to its graceful, asymmetrical pylon, the Erasmus Bridge is an architectural marvel and a symbol of modern Rotterdam.   The Markthal

  A striking combination of food market, apartments, and public art, the Markthal is one of Rotterdam’s most visited landmarks. The massive arch-shaped structure features a stunning ceiling mural called “Horn of Plenty”, covering over 11,000 square meters with colorful images of fruits, vegetables, insects, and flowers.   Nieuwe Kerk

  Located on Delft’s central Markt square, the Nieuwe Kerk is a towering Gothic church famous for its beautiful stained-glass windows and as the burial site of members of the Dutch royal family, including William of Orange.   Royal Delft - Koninklijke Porceleyne Fles

  This is the last remaining factory of the original 17th-century Delft Blue pottery makers. It still produces hand-painted ceramics in traditional styles.   Binnenhof & Ridderzaal

  This historic complex of government buildings sits beside a beautiful lake (the Hofvijver) and is one of the oldest Parliament buildings still in use in the world. The Binnenhof has been the political center of the Netherlands for centuries. Visitors can take guided tours (in select areas) or simply enjoy walking around the courtyard and admiring the architecture. The gothic Ridderzaal (Hall of Knights) is especially impressive.

  This world-renowned art museum houses masterpieces of the Dutch Golden Age, including Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Rembrandt’s The Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Nicolaes Tulp, and works by Rubens, Hals, and Steen. The building itself is a beautifully preserved 17th-century mansion overlooking the Hofvijver. Despite its compact size, the Mauritshuis offers a deeply enriching art experience.
