    Salinas y Aguada Blanca National Reserve

    07:30 am - Enjoy the convenience of being picked up in Arequipa and head to the charming town of Chivay. Enjoy captivating views of the Andes on the way, with stops at the expansive natural reserve of Salinas and Aguada Blanca, where you can observe llamas, alpacas, and vicuñas (an endangered wild species from the alpaca family) in their natural habitat.

    Abra Patapampa

    Continuing with the trip, stop at the highest point on the route, the Patapampa natural viewpoint, at 4,900 meters above sea level. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Andean volcanic mountain range. Then we will descend to Chivay town and you will be taken to your accommodation.

    6:30 am - We will pick you up from your accommodation in Chivay to begin our exploration of Colca Canyon. On the way, we'll stop in the picturesque town of Maca to visit its beautiful Santa Ana Church. This charming 18th-century colonial church is renowned for its stunning Baroque Mestizo architecture, adorned with intricate carvings and vibrant frescoes. Inside, you'll find exquisite gold-leaf altars and artworks that reflect the rich cultural heritage of the Andes.

    Then we continue our trip to Antahuilque which is a stunning viewpoint located in the Colca Canyon, Peru. Situated at an altitude of over 3,700 meters, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Andes and the intricate terraced fields cultivated by the ancient Collaguas. Visitors can marvel at the colorful lakes and the vast expanse of the canyon.

    Mirador Cruz del Condor

    The tour stops at the Cruz del Condor viewpoint, the best place to appreciate the canyon in all its glory.     On the way to Puno, we'll stop at the Lagunillas viewpoint to see the South American plateau at its best.
