What to expect
Unique mountains, fabulous rivers, quiet countryside attracts tens of thousands of people to hiking this area every year, generally speaking, hiking from Dragon bridge to Moon hill by walking along the riverside, and taking full day. Along this area, you may pass by some local villages, paddy fields, bamboo groves, and you may also take photos along the road as you travel, even having fun with the water buffalo and ducks.
Itinerary:
9:00am: Guilin or Yangshuo hotel pick up
9:30-16:00pm: For those interested in a long beautiful walk to Yangshuo Moon hill, start at the Dragon Bridge(First we will use the car drives us to go here) and continue on the path that heads down Yulong river to the Dragon village and Fenglou village. You'll pass through the Yu Long (Dragon River) valley surrounded by amazing limestone Karst formations, ancient villages and even a catch-your-own fish farm.
Route: Dragon Bridge - Yulong river - Dragon village - Dashi village-Fenglou village - Moon hill - Yangshuo
