What to expect

We’ll begin on land with a short introduction to paddleboarding and safety. Once everyone feels comfortable, we’ll paddle out together onto calm, peaceful waters. After anchoring our boards, you’ll be guided through a gentle yoga class right on the river.
The boards serve as your floating yoga mats, bringing playfulness and balance into the practice. We’ll flow through stretches, breathing, and simple postures suitable for all levels, no yoga or paddleboarding experience needed.
As you move, you’ll be surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature: gentle currents, birds overhead, and maybe even a dolphin or manatee passing by. We’ll close with a floating savasana, letting you fully relax on the water before paddling back to shore refreshed and recharged.
