Full-Day Eco Adventure Tour in the Tambopata Jungle

From the city of Puerto Maldonado, embark on a day of rustic activities. Walk across the hanging bridges while observing the treetops all the way to the final tower, where you'll zip-line from one tree to another. After lunch and relaxing in hammocks, you will paddle along the Madre de Dios River, taking turns with other passengers, until you reach Monkey Island. There, you will walk along a trail to look for monkeys. Remember that they are wild animals, so it’s possible they will approach closely or you may only see them from a distance.

What to expect

We will meet at the starting point at 9:30 am, and at 9:45 am, we will begin walking with the guide to the dock, where we will board boats with outboard motors. We will navigate for 45 minutes until we reach the location where we will start the rustic adventure activities.
We will walk through the forest until we reach the first tower to begin the canopy activity. After crossing the hanging bridges, one by one, we will do the zip line activity. Once we finish, we will return to the restaurant for lunch. After a break, we will start the next activities: kayaking on the Madre de Dios River. We will take turns paddling until we reach Monkey Island, where we will search for a group of monkeys and have the chance to feed them. Remember, they are wild animals, so it’s possible we won’t be able to see them up close.
