Our Taorayiná ecolodge and nature reserve is a magical place, surrounded by virgin forests, with exuberant views of the Caribbean Sea, you can easily spot multiple species of birds, howler monkeys, marmosets, capuchins, our trails through the forests are spectacular, we are close to the park Tayrona national, there are beaches 20 minutes away. In our ecolodge we liven up the nights with delicious vegetarian food and live music, around the campfire in our common house - Maloka. It is the perfect place to rest, contemplate nature, silence, see waterfalls and majestic and exclusive natural pools without tourists, within the forests.
The visit to the mouth of the Mendihuaca river in the sea is really worth it, the place is majestic due to the sweet and crystalline waters of the river that end in the sea, exuberant waves where you can surf, delicious lunch offer.

Day 1: Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Arrival at the Ecolodge Taorayiná natural reserve, from the meeting point it will be 8 minutes by motorcycle and 15 minutes walking. People will be greeted at the location with a fruit bowl with granola and drink, check-in and accommodation in the corresponding cabins. 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Lunch, rest and short hike to do bird watching. The purpose is to observe and listen to the numerous species of birds that are found in our forests, if visitors bring cameras with long-range lenses much better, an AI app (merlin) will be available to identify the birds thanks to their songs. *does not include cameras with long-range lenses, nor binoculars. 7:00pm-9:30pm Dinner, live music, campfire and sharing of organic cacao from the mountain. The Hosts will delight visitors with Colombian music composed by themselves, while it is shared around the campfire with a cup of organic cocoa from the mountain.
11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Walk to the waterfalls and natural pools of the Agus Frias ravine, it will be a moderate trekking of approximately 30 minutes, in this place you will see beautiful crystalline pools and waterfalls in the middle of the forest, it is possible to swim in these natural pools, rest and observe the magic from the jungle.
6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Hatta yoga class and pranayama breathing, rest and breakfast. 5:00 p.m. -9:30 p.m. Once you return to our nature reserve / Taorayiná ecolodge, dinner and share in the common house - Maloka with a campfire, live music and a cup of organic cocoa.
11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Visit to the beaches and mouth of the Mendihuaca river, there you can contemplate the majesty of the landscapes of the sea, the river and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, bird watching, it is possible to swim in the river and in the sea. It does not include lunch, each visitor is free to choose any option offered by the different restaurants located in the place.
6:00am-10:00am Hatta yoga class, meditation, sunrise contemplation and pranayama breathing. Breakfast, rest and check-out. End of stay.
