What to expect

Arrive, find your center, feel and perceive yourself completely through the movement, relax and remove yourself from worries and fears. I would like to win back these processes, often due to everyday stress, which are forgotten, with you on vacation and find peace and contentment together.

You will be surprisingly touched by my soft yet powerful style, which allows you to experience yourself in the yoga classes and by the physical/spiritual intensity.
