    Day 1: pick up from the hotel and transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park

    Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

    Our driver will pick you up from the airport and take you for meals according to the time of your arrival to one of the hotels in Kampala. You will then leave for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National park which is known as a great home for gorillas. A brief stop at the Equator allows time for photographs and refreshments as well a visit to the craft shops. The journey affords views from the vehicle of the long horned Ankole cattle, in Mbarara, the rolling hills, terraced landscapes and the beautiful panorama of Kabale. We have a lunch break en route in Mbarara. Then Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable park and arrive in the evening.

    Day 2: Encountering Gorillas, Journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park

    An early start with breakfast prepares you for the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. After a briefing at park headquarters, you'll embark on a trek (2-7 hours) to find a habituated gorilla family. The emotional encounter, limited to one hour for conservation, will be a highlight of your journey. Following lunch, enjoy a scenic village walk along the ridge, offering stunning views of the north and the Virunga volcanoes in the south. Then, a 3-hour drive takes you to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an evening game drive, where you'll spot elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, and more, before settling into your lodge

Along the Nile, crocodiles and hippos abound, while birdwatchers will delight in sightings of goliath herons, Egyptian geese, kingfishers, and the elusive shoebill stork.
