if your flight lands at terminal 3. we will meet you between th bar Air Margarita Ville and the mini market. if your fligth lands at terminal 2 or terminal 4 take the exit of travel agencies and tour operators we will meet you in front of the welcome bar.
What to expect
2. **Shuttle Timing:** Choose the correct shuttle time option, as the vehicles depart on the hour, every hour. If you miss your reserved shuttle due to migration or flight delays, your service will be subject to availability. If no shared transportation is available, you will be offered the option to pay a fee for an upgrade to private service.
3. **Arrival Instructions:** Upon arrival and after passing through migration and customs, take the exit and look for our representative holding a sign with our logo.
4. **Shared Transportation Assignment:** If you booked shared transportation, our staff will assign you a vehicle. Ensure you select the correct time schedule, as our vehicles depart from the airport on the hour, every hour.
5. **Transportation Hours:** Our shared transportation service is available from 8 am, and the last shuttle departs from Cancun airport at 5 pm sharp.
