This is a private transportation that will take you straight to your hotel or destination in the hotel strip of Cancun.

the free tour will take place on a different day of your arrival. Reservation 2 days in advance is required and is subjet to availability.
upon arrival you will get the number of the executive who will assist you to make your reservation
once you arrive to the airport you will pick up your luggage and after that you will go trough customs an inmigration.
after that you will go trough the hall and find the exit.
please look for the exit of travel agencies and tour operators.
there is where you'll find our staff waiting for you with a sign with your name.
our staff will direct you to the area where we have the vehicle that will transfer you to your hotel.

If you booked just departure please call us a day prior your departure to get your pick up time. On shared transportation we will group you with other customers and will make stops on different hotels please don't forget to call us or text us a day before your departure.
The service will be available at the time you selected, and as a courtesy, the vehicle will wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled time.

What to expect
The day of your arrival we will be monitoring your flight all day. If your flight changes and you are arriving in a totally different flight at a totally different time, then please send us a message to the phone number on the voucher and let us know the new flight information, we will update your arrival and move your vehicle to the new time.
When you arrive to the airport in Cancun, first you are going to go through immigration, then you will be guided to the baggage claim area where you are going to wait for your luggage. Once you have your luggage, they you will proceed to customs. Customs procedures can take 5 minutes or 45 minutes depending on how many people are clearing customs before you or if your luggage is going to be inspected. The whole arrival procedure, immigration, baggage claim and customs inspections, can take a long while, PLEASE DON'T WORRY, we know this and our representatives will wait for you as long as needed.
After you have cleared customs, please proceed to walk OUTSIDE your arrival terminal. --- REMEMBER ALL THE WAY OUTSIDE – there you will look for our airport representative WITH A BIG SIGN WITH OUR LOGO(see top ). Once you have located our representative, just identify yourself, if necessary show him your receipt or the confirmation email you received from us and he/she will take your vehicle which is going to take you to your hotel. If you reserved a ROUND TRIP SERVICE, then our representative at the airport will issue a voucher with departure instructions such as pick up times and our local contact numbers in case you need to make changes.
