If your hotel is located outside our pickup area, a central meeting point will be recommended during reconfirmation.

If your hotel is not listed, please leave us a note with the name of your hotel so we can arrange the closest pickup location and time. If your hotel or vacation rental is outside the pickup area, you will be asked to go to the nearest meeting point.

Pickup usually occurs up to 100 minutes before the activity start time, depending on traffic and distance from the park.

Your exact pickup time will always be confirmed by one of our team members, so please keep an eye on your messages or phone.
