Meeting and pickup
Pick up is included and optional. Pick up from Playa del carmen is only available for morning. If your hotel is located outside the pick up area, a central meeting point will be recommended at the time of reconfirmation. If your hotel is not on the list, please leave us a note with the name of your hotel to set up a pickup time. If your hotel or vacation rental is outside the pickup area, please go to the nearest meeting point. Please check the list of hotels on our checkout page to see if yours is included among the available pickup points. Pick up time is usually within 100 minutes before the start of the activity. It could be more considering traffic and distance from the park. Pick Up is always confirmed by one of our team members. Please be aware of your messages or phone.
