Paracas is a great base for exploring the Ballestas Islands with a warm climate, sunshine most of the year. At its center are the green waters of the Huacachina Lagoon. Dune buggies run across the high, rolling sand dunes surrounding the village.

Itinerary

    Paracas

    Start with pickup around 4am from your accommodation in Lima ( Miraflores, San isidro, Barranco), then head south to the city of Paracas, where we will visit the Ballestas Islands. In the port del Chaco we embark and start our journey where we can appreciate, the geoglyph El Candelabra, The rock formations that make up the Ballestas Islands, we will see a great diversity of birds. Continue our tour to the city of Ica to visit the Hacienda Caravedo, where the grape distillation process was carried out for the first time according to chronicle dating from 1684. We will have a tasting of different piscos as well as a courtesy Chilcano. In our City Tour we will visit the main attractions such as the Plaza de Armas. We will also see the monument to the Huacachina mermaid and the artisan center of the place. On Huacachina we will practice the adventure sport sandboarding and we will get on the buggies. We will return to Lima arrival around 22:00.
