What to expect
After completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review it carefully to ensure all details are correct.
- If you booked a **one-way transfer from the airport to your hotel**, make sure the following flight details are accurate:
- Arrival date
- Airline name
- Flight number
- Arrival time
- If you booked a **round-trip transfer**, please also verify that your **departure flight information** is correct.
### Upon Arrival at the Airport
- For **international flights**, you must go through immigration, collect your luggage, and then proceed through customs. This process may take **over an hour**.
- For **domestic flights**, you only need to collect your luggage and proceed to meet our airport staff.

Once you’ve made contact with our team, we will group you with other passengers arriving on the same flight or at a similar time. The estimated wait time before boarding the vehicle is **45 to 60 minutes**.
