Meeting and pickup
After you finish migration and customs, follow the exit marked “Travel Agencies and Tour Operators.” Once outside, go to Platform 55. Our staff will be waiting for you there, wearing a red shirt and holding a sign with our logo.
The drop off is at the hotel moon palace grand
What to expect
1. Exit the baggage claim area through the doors marked for Travel Agencies & Tour Operators.
2. Walk to Platform (or Booth) 55.
3. Look for our team member holding a sign with our company logo.
4. They will greet you and show you to the correct vehicle for your transfer to Moon Palace Hotel
