At Terminal 3, look for us right in front of the bar, Air Margarita Ville. At terminals 2 and 4, you will find us in front of the welcome bar.
What to expect
-The hours for shared services operate from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
- Once you have made your selection, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email.
- Upon arrival in Cancun, after passing through migration and customs, please proceed to the exit of travel agencies and tour operators.
- Our staff will be holding a sign with our logo and will be happy to assist you.
