-Doha City: Pick-up service from your residential address or preferred location in Doha city, 5 Minutes before the tour's actual starting time. -Hotels: Pick-up is available from Any hotel lobby within or near the Doha city zone, 5 Minutes before the tour's actual starting time. -Doha Airport or Hamad international airport: Pick-up exit D4, 5 Minutes before the tour's actual starting time. -Doha Cruise Port: We will contact our customers to arrange the pick-up service. -If you are outside the pick-up areas, We will contact you to inform you of the nearest meeting point -For sharing tours, expect pickup service 10-15 minutes before or after the tour's actual starting time. - Grace waiting time: 10 Minutes. - No refunds are issued for a no-show under any circumstances. If you do not turn up for (or are late for) your pre-arranged tour starting time, you will be considered a No Show and will not be refunded.
