The French location area is unique and available for a limited time.

We camp at nearly 1000 meters above sea level. The environment can be challenging, with high wind speeds, near-zero temperatures even in summer, heavy rain, and storms.

It's a team-building exercise and a test for your survival instincs.

Priced at a minimal cost. Save one night hotel expense. Experienced guide included.

Bring your own foods and drinks. Note, we go direct to the camp site, there will be no stop to buy food. Buy the food before pick up.

Meeting and pickup

You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Be on time. No drinks in the car, water is ok. No food in the car. No smoking in the car. Bring full batteries. Wear if you have sport shoes. Travel light, dress according weather. If any, advise luggage and size befor pick-up. If you bring along a pet, advise before travel. Specify kind of pet, size and weight.

What to expect

This is an overnight camping adventure at a lake in France.

After pick-up, we drive non-stop to the overnight location. The car, which runs on alcohol made from grass and is CO2 neutral, takes about 2 hours. We stop if necessary at two locations for the WC.

For the French border, have your passports with you.

We choose from two campsite locations around the lake and one campsite off the lake. Some campsites offer warm water showers. At some locations around the lake, there is only the lake for shower. There are WCs at all locations. All facilities are shared WCs and showers. There are limited power outlets. Plan ahead for your energy supplies.

Mind each other when swimming in the lake. Upon arrival, it will be late afternoon or sunset time. Some camping spaces offer BBQ facilities; wood/coal at your cost.

At night, you can see the stars very clearly due to the high-altitude location.

Breakfast can be on site or at a shopping mall, with food of your choice.

Choose from the following drop-off locations: Pontarlier, Yverdon, Murten, Bern, Thun, Spiez, Interlaken.
