In the Emmental show dairy you will first immerse yourself in the world of Emmental cheese during a self-guided tour on the royal trail. In the afternoon, you will learn about the individual steps of cheese production up close in a fresh cheese workshop. At the end of the workshop, all participants will receive a cream cheese heart as a souvenir.
