  At Nakayama Pass, travelers can enjoy sweeping mountain views and refreshing alpine air while stopping at one of Hokkaido’s most popular roadside rest areas.   Toya National Park Silo Observation Deck

  The Silo Observation Deck is one of the best viewpoints within Shikotsu-Toya National Park, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Toya, Mount Usu, and Showa Shinzan. From the viewing terrace, visitors can capture stunning photos of the lake’s calm, round surface and the surrounding volcanic peaks. Inside the facility, there’s a souvenir shop, café, and restaurant, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy local treats. It’s also a popular rest stop for travelers on their way to Noboribetsu or Lake Toya. Please note that the extra time will be cover the transfer from one location to another.   Toyako Onsen is a charming hot spring resort town located on the southern shore of Lake Toya within Shikotsu-Toya National Park. It’s one of Hokkaido’s most famous onsen areas, known for its relaxing atmosphere, lakeside views, and active volcanic scenery. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Toyako lakeside promenade, where steam vents rise from the ground and foot baths (ashiyu) are available for free. During summer, you can also see the nightly fireworks show over the lake. Please note that the extra time will be cover the transfer from one location to another.

  Shōwa-shinzan

  Shōwa-Shinzan is a young volcanic mountain located near Lake Toya and Mount Usu in Shikotsu-Toya National Park. It was formed between 1943 and 1945 during volcanic eruptions that raised the surrounding wheat fields into a new mountain — hence its name, which means “Showa New Mountain.” Today, you can see steam rising from its red-brown slopes, showing that it’s still geothermally active. The area also features the Mt. Usu Ropeway, offering panoramic views of both Shōwa-Shinzan and Lake Toya. Nearby souvenir shops and a small bear park make it a popular sightseeing stop for visitors of all ages. if you want to see Hokkaido brown bears, you can buy tickets on-site to go to the Bear Ranch~ Or if you want to stroll around, take photos at nearby parks~ Please note that the extra time will be cover the transfer from one location to another.

  Noboribetsu Jigokudani Valley

  Noboribetsu Jigokudani, also known as Hell Valley, is the most famous attraction in Noboribetsu Onsen and one of Hokkaido’s most impressive volcanic landscapes. This dramatic valley was formed by an eruption of Mount Hiyori and is filled with boiling sulfuric springs, steaming vents, and bubbling mud ponds — creating an otherworldly scene that lives up to its fiery name. Visitors can walk along well-maintained wooden trails and observation points, enjoying close-up views of the steaming earth and mineral-rich hot springs that feed the nearby onsen baths. The smell of sulfur and the rising mist make it a unique natural spectacle, especially beautiful in autumn and winter.   Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo-Kitahiroshima is Hokkaido’s largest outlet shopping mall, located about 30 minutes from central Sapporo. With over 180 brand-name stores, it’s a shopper’s paradise offering everything from international fashion brands and sportswear to Hokkaido souvenirs and gourmet foods all at discounted prices. The mall’s bright, spacious design makes it comfortable to explore in any season, and there are plenty of dining options serving both Japanese and Western cuisines, including local Hokkaido specialties. It’s the perfect place to enjoy some retail therapy at the end of your sightseeing tour. Please note that the extra time will be cover the transfer from one location to another.   Lake Shikotsu

  At Lake Shikotsu, travelers will experience one of Japan’s clearest and deepest lakes, formed within an ancient volcanic caldera over 40,000 years ago. Surrounded by lush forests and mountain peaks, the lake’s stunning blue hue—known locally as Shikotsu Blue—remains vibrant year-round due to its pure, unfrozen waters. Visitors can stroll along the lakeside promenade, capture panoramic photos of Mount Eniwa and Mount Tarumae, or enjoy a peaceful break at local cafés and souvenir shops near the pier. On clear days, the reflections on the water create picture-perfect scenery, making it a favorite stop for nature lovers and photographers alike.
