Experience the century-old artisanal way of harvesting coffee beans while visiting a real small family farm. This is a hands-on experience where you will pick, grind and roast your own beans and get to taste some of the smoothest coffee in the world! This tour guarantees red beans for picking year-round and it is hosted at a local family farm, not a large commercial coffee plantation. With over 200 recorded species, this forest reserve and adjacent shade-grown coffee plantations offer abundant birdlife that is easy to spot with the naked eye, making it a prime site for nature photography.

We began this tour back in 2013 when few people even knew that coffee plants were harvested in the nearby lands of Bogotá. We are the first and oldest coffee tour in the Bogotá region. Don't miss out!
