Evening: Arrive in Bwindi and check into a lodge, Rest and enjoy dinner.
Morning: Early breakfast and briefing by the Uganda Wildlife Authority guides. Embark on a gorilla trekking adventure, which may take 2-8 hours depending on the gorilla family's location. Afternoon: Return to the lodge for lunch. Optional cultural activities in the nearby Batwa community for a glimpse into the lives of the indigenous people. Morning: After breakfast, begin the drive to Kibale National Park (approximately 5-7 hours). Highlights on the Way: Scenic views of crater lakes and the Rwenzori Mountains. Stop at Fort Portal town for lunch. Evening: Check into a lodge near Kibale Forest and rest.
Morning: Early breakfast and head for a chimpanzee tracking experience in Kibale Forest. Spend up to one hour with the chimps, observing their behavior in their natural habitat.
