1. ARRIVAL SERVICE
- Arrival Standard: Our staff will meet you at the Immigration area with a welcome sign. We provide priority assistance through the Immigration counters.
- Arrival Premium: Includes all Standard benefits PLUS baggage claim assistance. We will escort you and your luggage directly to your designated vehicle.
2. DEPARTURE SERVICE
- Departure Standard: Our staff meets you at Gate B. We guide you through the check-in process and lead you to the Immigration area. (No luggage assistance).
- Departure Standard Plus: Our staff meets you at Gate B. We provide luggage assistance and guide you through the check-in and Immigration procedures.
- Departure Premium: Our highest priority service. We meet you at Gate B, provide expedited boarding pass collection and luggage assistance. You will be escorted through the Priority/Crew counter for the fastest Immigration clearance.
3. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Meeting Point: For Arrival, look for your name sign near the Immigration area. For Departure, our staff will wait for you at Gate B.
- Communication: We will reach out via WhatsApp one day before your scheduled service.
- Advance Booking: Please book at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent bookings (under 24 hours), kindly contact our hotline for availability.
- Night Surcharge: An additional fee of $10/pax applies for services between 23:00 and 07:30.
- Required Info: Full Name, Flight Number, and Passport/Visa details.
