You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

1. Airport Arrivals: Driver will wait inside the arrivals hall at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. 60 minutes of free waiting time is included.

2. Train Station Arrivals: Driver will meet travelers inside the arrivals hall of Guangzhou South/East/Central/North stations with a sign. 60 minutes of free waiting time is included.

3. Hotel/Address Pickup: Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation. For apartments/Airbnb, provide the full address and entry instructions in advance. 15 minutes of free waiting time is included.

4. Contact: If you cannot find your driver, please contact us immediately via the Viator messenger.

5. Special Requests: Child seats, oversized luggage, or pickups outside central districts must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
